Isn’t it great when you see corporations celebrating diversity? AT&T does an awesome job with celebrating Black History Month with their annual activities and events, specifically with the 28 Days Speaker Series. This years host will be 2-time Grammy award-winning hip hop artist, actor and activist, Common. Common will visit 5 cities with 5 different dynamic speakers.

Common will be in Atlanta on Monday February 7, 2011 7-9pm with Mario Armstrong. The AT&T 28 Days speaker series highlights five of today’s African-American innovators who are making their own page in history. The speaker series is intended to inspire, motivate and challenge consumers to rethink what they can achieve in their lives.

Tickets to the event held at The Atlanta Symphony Hall are currently sold out …but feel free to keep checking back you never know! Other notable speakers for the series are Cookie Johnson, Daymond John, Mario Armstrong, Kevin Powell and Tai Beauchamp. Catch all The Bridge News here!

How Do You Celebrate Black History?
