Jennifer Hudson Named Disney Dream’s godmother
Jennifer Hudson is on top of the world these days isn’t she..can’t even recognize her when I see her because she’s lost so much weight..but she’s looking fabulous!! The singer and actress was named godmother of the Disney Dream, which will be christened today in Port Canaveral, Fla. Go Girl…what an honor and such fun! I Wonder what responsibilities come along with being named godmother? Watch the festivities live here starting at 10:30amEST.
Disney Cruise Line made the announcement in an email to customers.
Hudson gained recognition as a contestant on “American Idol” in 2004. She won an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for her performance in the film adaptation of “Dreamgirls” in 2006. Her debut album in 2008 won three Grammy Awards.
Disney said Hudson was a performer on the Disney Wonder in 2003.
The 4,000-passenger Disney Dream sets sail on its maiden cruise on Jan. 26.

She does look fantastic! I’m sure she will also be making some vocal appearances on the ship as well. I clearly would’ve put that into her contract!
